Kardashian’s comments come from an interview for Elle with her sisters, Khloe and Kourtney. When asked about her feelings about “pregnancy style,” Kim replies: “I recommend hiding for a good year and having no pregnancy style. That’s what I recommend. If you can do it, hide. Never leave the house … That’s really my recommendation. Wear a huge blanket.” In the context of the interview, it’s pretty obvious that this is a joke — Kim’s sisters jump in with immediate clarifications — but that’s not necessarily how the world has taken it. Kardashian, the mother of a one-year-old daughter with husband Kanye West, has since taken to Twitter to make sure she is better understood.
